When Cobra Commander and Storm Shadow come out of hiding in Tibet, the Joes make their bid to take them down. Once they arrive, however, Scarlett and the other Joes are shocked to see how far Snake-Eyes will go to bring his former sword brother to justice! Meanwhile, the Cobra forces led by Tomax and Xamot take a major step towards rebuilding their power base; and Destro makes a decision that may or may not be a surprise to everyone around him.
